To access these parking areas on matchday, you need to purchase a parking pass in advance online, using the website linked via the button below. How parking works Special parking areas are available for buses and minibuses. Away team fans have a dedicated parking area reserved for them. On the parking website, you can find a detailed map of all parking areas and check which matches are currently available for purchase. Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please show this email at the entrance of the selected parking area on matchday. Parking for fans with disabilities Fans with reduced mobility who use a wheelchair are entitled to a free parking pass for the parking area located next to the stadium entrance reserved for disabled supporters. To purchase Visiting Supporters' tickets for away games, it is generally necessary to be a CRN CARD holder: the card entitles the holder to purchase tickets for away matches. The need of the CRN CARD, which is a supporter's card, is defined by the Relevant Authorities from match to match.  Our advice In consideration of the processing time for CRN Cards purchased online (not less than 10 working days), we recommend you to buy your card in advance in case you mean to use it to attend an away game.

The ticket holder’s personal details must match those shown on their ID. If they don’t, access to the stadium may be denied. Any mistake in the ticket holder’s personal data during purchase? Don’t worry, you can update the ticket through the ticket transfer service, available a few days before the match. Simply enter the details of your ticket, update the correct personal data, and save the changes. A new PDF ticket will be generated. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or refund an order once payment has been completed, as stated in the ticket purchase conditions. Please keep in mind that changes in date and time within the same matchday are common and should be considered when purchasing tickets for an event with a date and time yet to be confirmed. According to the Lega Serie A schedule, matches on the same matchday can be played from Friday evening to Monday evening.
